NEWS: Big B, Abhishek injured outside Bal Thackarey's house

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek were injured as they struggled through the crowd to meet ailing Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray at his house Matoshree.
On Wednesday night, the actors went to visit Thackeray, who is reportedly in critical condition.
"Balasaheb Thackeray: a fighter all his life, fights his life! Prayers needed now! Yes both Abhishek and me were injured with cuts, but are fine and back home... the doctors at Matoshree attended on us," Amitabh tweeted.
Amitabh recalled the time when he was recovering in hospital after his near fatal accident on the sets of 1983 film "Coolie", and Thackeray had come to see him.
"When I was flown in to Mumbai from Bangalore in semi-conscious state after 'Coolie' accident, it was his ambulance that took me to Breach Candy Hospital," Amitabh said.
"When I fought for my life after 'Coolie' accident, he came to visit me in hospital, with a cartoon he had drawn - Yamraj defeated! Yamraj - God of Death, defeated by me... wish I was as proficient a cartoonist as he, I would wish to draw that for him," added Big B.
The 70-year-old says Thackeray has always treated him like family.
"When Jaya and I married, he (Bal Thackeray) called us to his house... and the rituals that were conducted was of the 'bahu' coming home! From that day on he always treated us as family," he said.
Amitabh also revealed how Thackeray supported him while the actor reeled under the Bofors Scandal accusations.
"When the Bofors Scandal accusations on us were at its peak, he called me home and asked 'tell me the truth, are you involved?' When I said 'No!', he said 'Then do not worry about anything. I am with you. You are an actor, go do what you are best at'," he added.

'Dostana 2' to finally roll

Director Tarun Mansukhani has reportedly cracked the plot and finally "Dostana 2" is set to roll in the middle of the year. The film is said to be far more naughty and wicked and John Abraham says he can't wait to get cosy with Abhishek Bachchan on the screen again.
"Yes, Tarun Mansukhani has finally got the plot in place. And we're all set. I maintain Abhishek is my best screen-jodi. And I can't wait to get cosy with him on screen," said John, who featured in the part one with Abhishek in "Dostana".
The sequel to the successful 2008 comedy would be set in two continents and would play on the gay-versus-straight theme far more aggressively.
Not willing to divulge too many details, John let out, "'Dostana 2' would be set in London and Punjab."
The sequel won't go anywhere near beaches and bikini babes either.
"The Californian seaside setting of 'Dostana' took care of all the water-related activities. 'Dostana 2' would unfold on terra firma. No beaches and, sorry, no John in dangerously low-waist swimming trunks. The cracks, if any, would show elsewhere," said a source.
The idea this time is to turn the tables on the principal actors. John would appear fully clothed and Abhishek, we hear, just might be going bare-chested for the sequel.
"The sequel is going to be far more naughty and wicked. There'll be lots of sexual jokes, though Karan Johar and Tarun Mansukhani would make sure that the gay community would not get offended. Innocuous fun would still be the key," said another source.
